This is the best PT clinic I’ve ever been treated at. From the atmosphere to the expertise of the PT’s, it’s just phenomenal!! I’ve been a patient with Dr. Rebecca Quintangeli, PT, LAT, ATC for just 2 weeks now and my pain has decreased, I’m learning new movement patterns and postural awareness. Dr.Becky explains in detail the plan of care, exercises and corrects you as you do them to make sure you are correct. Absolutely give this place a try if you want to get better for the long term! Great place, highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Arianne Missimer. From the very first appointment, it was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to thoroughly listen to my past struggles and history, something that many doctors often rush through. I’ve been dealing with chronic heartburn, weight loss challenges, and inflammation for years, and it felt like my concerns were truly being heard for the first time. Dr. Missimer’s personalized approach and her dedication to understanding the root causes of my issues give me so much hope. I am finally optimistic about getting the help I need that my primary care doctors have not been able to provide. I’m excited to continue this health journey with her guidance and expertise!

The Movement Paradigm has been the best recommendation that anyone has ever given to me! Dr. Jules Baratta helped me get through a significant injury, get back to doing what I love and get my life back! She developed a plan specialized and tailored to meet my needs. Dr. Jules was super patient, understanding and took the time to get to know me and what was important to me. I am now back to riding my road and mountain bike and running!!! I will be forever grateful to her and the Movement Paradigm for being a place that truly cares about it’s patients and healing them! Mentally and physically! I highly recommend the Movement Paradigm!!

The Movement Paradigm is a welcomed alternative to main stream health care. I have been seeing Dr Becky for over 3 years. We began with a knee issue and and have moved on to cover any issue from the top of my head to end of my toes. I have recently met with Dr Arianne for nutrition issues. No mistaking....the team at Movement Paradigm is the BEST!!!!!!!

The Movement Paradigm is truly a special place. I have worked 1:1 with Dr. Arianne and also completed the 8 week Strong and Resilient Program. Dr. Arianne is a very special person. She listened to my various health issues and has a unique understanding of the whole person. I have not felt so seen or heard by a health practitioner before! Under her guidance I was able to greatly improve my sleep and stomach issues. She kept in mind my time and budgetary constraints when developing my treatment plan. The 8 week strength program is designed to help you build healthy habits and succeed! BUT the programming is just one piece of the puzzle - you have to show up and commit to see the benefits! I had been stuck the last few years in a cycle of pain and stress and left afraid to exercise. Following this program (including the WARM UP and paying attention to the video tutorials) has empowered me and helped me get back to a healthy routine. I also can’t forget to mention the importance of focusing on mindset. There is a lot of information that I need to go back and revisit - I look forward to continuing this work!
