Paramount Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

I just started taking the Basics BJJ classes at Paramount, and I have to say, I was super nervous at first since I don't have any experience. But let me tell you, Brad and all his instructors have been amazing! They've been so informative and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home at the gym. Paramount has such a great vibe and it will make anyone feel welcome. I can't recommend Paramount enough for anyone new looking to start BJJ!

I joined Paramount hoping to mix up my workout routine and learn a little self defense. I had no prior martial arts experience. Luckily, Paramount has a very organized beginners program designed to introduce novices to the fundamentals of the sport and self defense. As students gain skill, more advanced class options become available and new skills are introduced, which keeps this sport incredibly interesting. No one day or workout is the same at Paramount. While this school is fantastic for beginners, it is also home base for multiple black belts, a large group of serious competitors, and plenty of hard working hobbyist. It is very family friendly. There is a spot for everyone here....men, women, teens, and kids! Last but not least, the culture here is truly something special. In my 4+ years at Paramount, each instructor I've come in contact with has been invested in helping me learn and grow. It's not uncommon to see instructors and students staying late after class to help each other and keep learning. From coaches to students, the love of the sport is real and very contagious.

As a women in martial arts I felt so welcomed coming to Paramount. This is a fun and friendly environment with excellent instruction on technique and skills for all experience levels. Hope to see you at the next roll!

I'm grateful that I found this place... I had been doing Jiu Jitsu for quite some time, but my game had stalled. I've improved more in the past 2 years than in the past 10 combined. I love Brad's teaching style. He delivers the lessons in a way that is engaging and keeps your mind from recoiling in boredom. Additoinally, I can't even tell you how grateful I am to warm up doing armbars, and triangle chokes instead of some kind of irrelevant sumo squat-walk across the mat. I no longer waste 15 minutes doing a warmup that has nothing to do with Jiu Jitsu... and my armbars have never been sharper. As someone who has done this for 20+ years, I can't recommend Paramount enough.

The best of the best!!! Amazing and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately we had to leave because we moved, but my son loved it there and he thrived very fast! We will definitely miss Paramount 🤗
