STRIDE has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! I joined many months before the studio opened after passing a sign, Googling, and chatting with Bre. I was interested in running and was up for a new fitness challenge. I love that the classes are for everyone, all fitness levels, runners and walkers, those that are healing from injuries, anyone! Wherever you are on your journey, the coaches are there to support, encourage, and push you forward with lots of positivity. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and fun! 💕💕💕

I love it here. I hate treadmill running, but this is so different. The treadmills are exceptional, the coaches make it fun, and the workouts vary so that I do not get bored. Stride helped me get back in to running shape.

I’ve been a member at Stride South Hills since October 2023, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The facility is top-notch and the staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to lend a helping hand or offer advice. The atmosphere is motivating, and I always leave feeling energized and accomplished after my workouts.
