Very welcoming - instructors and the other kids. Helped make a more shy kid engage quickly. Clean mats, nice facility. Lots of classes through the week. Awesome intro deal to see if it is for you or your child.

I've been training in Muay Thai here for a year and i love everything in this gym. Members of all levels work hard altogether with in great mindset, largely thanks to Zach who runs the trainings like a champ, always a very positive ane motivating attitude, and of course awesome striking skills.

I've been coming to Stout - Bridgeville for over a year now and can confidently say I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in training. The coaching staff are excellent teachers and active practitioners of the sports. Everyone is kind, engaging, and you can't beat the lessons / workouts. Look no further if you're interested in trying out bjj, muay thai or mma, this is where you want to be.

I’m so excited about the opening of the Bridgeville location, since it is closer to me than the Strip District one. I was happy to see the inside was so fresh and clean, there is a lot of space to roll and do Muay Thai, etc. This location also seems to have better acoustics, I could clearly hear the instructor which was great! Stout as a whole has been a great experience so it’s great to get additional locations for more schedule and area flexibility. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to learn some jiu jitsu!
