I am from California, I was able to connect with the gym through a family member. Devon and 1cor crew were very welcoming. We had a great workout and prayed together. If your looking for a fun, faith filled fitness community I highly recommend 1Cor619. Thank you 1Cor619 fit was crew.

Their unique approach means that you are much more than "a number" in their fitness community. A wise woman once said that "self-care, fitness, and taking care of ME" is the #1 way that I can demonstrate just how much I love my family. Wow!! Talk about a perspective shift :-) Now "me time" is not selfish but rather a gift that I give my future grandchildren so that I am around to watch them grow. This is a fantastic gym and the owners/trainers Devon and Niki are caring and committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. I mostly work with Devon in a core training class and have also done personal training. Devon is professional, knowledgeable and the class he teaches is not boring because he changes the routine up. I have also taken Jenna’s class on a Saturday and she is excellent just like the owners. I would highly recommend you stop in for a class. If you can focus and put the work in you will see results.

Came here with a CLASSPASS appointment which was very cost efficient on my end. I was informed almost right away by Niki (?) they had ended their subscription with class pass already and had reached out to cancel my appointment. Unfortunately class pass didn’t reach out to me so I still came out (45 min from my house). I let her know I drove kinda far for this and asked she still please allow me to do it and she accommodated. She was very very nice about it and allowed me to still do 45 min instead of the typical 30. I came to find out that the price is extremely more expensive than the class pass and that’s why they canceled it. Beautiful gym and the sauna is alright but is extremely expensive for what is offered.

1cor619 Fitness is life changing! Niki and Devon are amazing and help you set goals and stay focused; they keep it fun and challenging. Niki is my personal trainer, and her level of comprehension of the human body is beyond reproach. Through core strengthening, I've increased my balance, mobility, stability, and posture.
