Great beginners yoga! I have not done much yoga before but the team immediately made me feel comfortable. They have mats and everything else you need. I have already brought 3 different friends to try it with me and some of them have bought class passes too. Definitely worth a try for such a reasonable price and maybe you will be convinced to stay like me!

I feel grateful to have found this studio and community of people! The instructors are fantastic and great at providing guidance. The studio is calm and welcoming. I especially enjoy the cool towel provided at the end of a challenging hot yoga class. I particularly want to thank Mamta; her encouragement has often given me the push I needed to step out of my comfort zone and try new poses. I really enjoy coming here :)

Such a beautiful and serene studio! The instructors are amazing and the class size is perfect. I have been taking classes with Mamta and Steve for a few months now and am throughly enjoying it. They both are very motivating and supportive.Mamta pays minute attention to whether her students are doing the poses the right way and helps get into the right posture. I can feel such a positive difference! Highly recommend!!

Been to 2 classes so far and am obsessed!! Mamta and Lori are awesome and I feel amazing after class, can’t wait to try other teachers and classes. First class is $10 and there is an option for an unlimited membership which is excellently priced. Class size is small so more one on one teaching and assistance. Great for beginners or people getting back into their practice. Vibe is supportive, relaxing and moves are adaptable for all levels and technical abilities. Studio is beautiful and clean!!

Great studio! Have been to multiple hot yoga classes throughout the Valley over the years. Yoga4lyfe has a cool vibe. Serene. Clean. Level of heat consistent. Ashley was welcoming, informative, and wonderful…really enjoyed her class! Purchased my class card to return regularly.
