Great atmosphere and excellent instructor. The studio is very big and was completely full. The practice was very comprehensive including poses that addressed stability and full body strength, as well as focused meditative time. My only slightly negative comment is that there is a slight smell of exhaust fumes, which could be because it's an older building and above a hardware store. It passes quickly and it does look like there is a heavy duty air purifier, so would not deter me in anyway from returning.

While I enjoy the class why I'm there and that would be enough for a 10 rating, it's the way I feel after the class and for days afterwards that are especially note worthy. I'm calm, peaceful. My brain feels smooth if that makes any sense. Hard to put into words but I'm very grateful to Scott and the yoga loft for having these special events. I'm hoping to have more time to attend regular yoga classes in the near future.

The best yoga studio! I've been practicing there for 17 years. All the teachers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fun.

Nice variety of classes and welcoming environment! The instructors are positive, fun and helpful. I especially appreciate when feedback is given. So far I have taken classes with Scott, Carrie Morgan, Miriam, Rachel, Lori, Lisa, Alka, Larissa(online), Paola(Pilates) , Carrie Hill and Melanie. They have all been fantastic! I am hoping the Fire Flow class with Scott Moss returns on Tuesdays for the Winter!I feel that kept me fit during the colder months and was a lot of fun! I try to get to Ashtanga on Saturdays with Alka as often as I can. Due to my current availability, I go to Scott Moss' and Carrie Morgan's classes on a weekly basis. I like to do a variety of workouts each week. There are also online offerings if you cannot get to the studio, which is great!

Whitney has been great with Tot yoga! And my first experience (first class for me) was with Suzy and she was also wonderful.
