Lifetime isba great gym and the cafe is a great environment to get a good cup of coffee, have a great snack, and get some work done. The staff here are friendly and inviting and won't kick you out if you don't get anything/have been here for a long time.

Really really beautiful gym! I’m a member at the life time Mount Laurel and realized I have access to this location. I decided to pay a visit! Great staff! very clean! I honestly really enjoyed meeting new people there! Really friendly people!

Pretty solid place. Very clean. Bright. I like the environment. It’s worth the membership price. I love the warm whirl pool and the steam room smelled like eucalyptus. Love that.

Today, I had a pleasant experience at Lifetime spa getting Brazilian wax with Aminah. She was very friendly and attentive, making the session comfortable and professional. I highly recommend her services and would definitely return for future appointments. Aminah's expertise made the experience truly exceptional. I would suggest trying out Brazilian waxing at Lifetime with Aminah for a virtually painless experience.

Life Time Ardmore is located conveniently in the middle of Suburban Square. The facilities are clean, and the amount of machines is unmatched to any other gym or fitness center I’ve attended.
