half the machines are in bad condition I had to share the pin you use to select the weight with someone working out on the next machine over because the one I was using didn’t have one nothing is very clean the stations with paper towels and spray bottles are often empty or broken and it’s absolutely impossible to cancel your membership. Had an employee tell me over the phone that I could cancel my membership via email and imagine my surprise a month after sending that email when I was charged $30 to my account and now I’m supposed to drive two hours to come cancel it in person

SUPER cheap equipment. Awful lighting. No mirrors except a couple small ones by free weights. Benches screwed down, which removes flexibility. Drinking fountains and bathrooms in annoyingly far locations. Overstaffed front desk that does nothing - can’t even bother greeting customers. If you’re the type of person to go to a gym for 2 days every few months, Crunch is a great place to blow your money. Yes, you can get a workout in here, but well worth the extra $20-30 to go to a halfway decent gym. This place is certainly a low quality gym; no clue how anyone rates it highly.

Update: 03/20 and this gym still don’t have an abduction machine. Also, Some pads are broken and they put tape on it instead of buying new ones. It’s very frustrating! I’ve decided to go to Planet Fitness due to lack of consideration for members who pay to use the gym. They renovated the gym, but a lot of the equipments are still old. They don’t have an abduction machine (it’s been like this for almost 4 months now) and whenever a machine breaks, it takes 1-2 months to get it fixed. Free weights are great, but don’t have a lot of expectations about the machines to lift weight.

What an effing nightmare. It took them 6 months to correct my sons’ membership, overcharging every month. After month 3 of “yeah it’s taken care of” decided to cancel but took another 3 months to get accounting situated to be able to cancel. I will go out of my way to tell people NOT to use this brand. It’s 2024, people matter more than this…

Just had to cancel my membership because I am moving out of state and the whole process was so easy. Typically I wouldn’t write a review, but Chris was super understanding, he made the process totally painless, and even helped check for new gyms in my area. On top of that, the facility was always clean, the desk people were always nice and helpful, and any classes I took were always really fun. Really sad to be leaving but thanks again for the time! You all rock.
