I have been training with Steve and Lyons Den boxing for the past seven years or so. I can’t begin to explain how much this has impacted my life in a positive way. Steve is extremely encouraging and tailors workouts appropriately to his clients ability. This gym has a very positive, And uplifting atmosphere. I highly recommend Lions den boxing and fitness to anyone that wants to challenge themselves to be better in many aspects of their life not just fitness.

I’ve been going to this boxing gym for about a year and a half and love it! When I first walked in at 47 years old I had never boxed and had very little knowledge of boxing. I felt like a fish out of water but it didn’t take long to realize this is where I wanted to be. All skill levels are welcome here. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, train to step in the ring or want something in-between you can get it all here. Coach Steve will start you with the basics and take you as far as you want to go. No egos, just good people of all ages looking to improve themselves. This gym has circuit drills, weights, bag work, mitt work and sparring. Come support this small family business and join a friendly community that will support you in reaching your goals.

Took on the challenge and wasn't sure what I got myself into. Now that I have been working out under direction Coach Steve I find myself very pleased with my results. I like the variety of the workout exercises while learning how to box. This keeps me interested and looking forward to my workouts. Sometimes it does get crowded but it always seem to work out just fine. Sometimes it can be challenging to remember all the moves but eventually I will have it down, I have a powerful punch for a 65 yr old lady..now I just need to float like butterfly and sting like a bee. Lol! When I meet me goal I'm throwing them the 5 star!! Thanks Lions Den! I support you!!

Do not do the 16 week challenge there. It’s a money grab scheme. They contract through FitSmart(company out of Florida). It’s a boot camp calisthenics class at best with 18+ class sizes in a confined space running around outside their building on the concrete sidewalk. Pretty much zero boxing instruction. 18 people in a class with 18 people coming in for the next class it’s elbow to elbow. It’s a very small space. It you want out of the FitSmart contract they will charge you almost $300 to get out of the contract after you pay for the full 16 weeks. Be very weary of this sketchy place. Go to Crunch Fitness they have great classes including boxing. They limit class sizes accordingly. It’s great. I would have given Lions Den zero stars but it wouldn’t let me.

Been boxing about a month and a half now with lions den, coach Steve has helped me go from having no experience to being confident in my boxing abilities and he is helping me get better every day. Great place to not only learn how to box but also get a great workout in.
