I was so hesitant on joining, i don’t like having people watch me workout. I hate feeling judged. The SECOND I walked into that building everyone welcomed me, took the time to chat and were just so kind. They even know my schedule now. I had zero clue what I was doing but the instructors encourage you to be you and ensure you know the next steps. I’ve done Dance2fit and Bungee and both have been so great for my soul. I have found a place I can be myself at, not feel judged, and leave feeling so accomplished. The environment is wonderful and the humans, even better. I would recommend RISE to anyone.

I absolutely love going to Rise Fitness! The instructors are incredibly friendly, Dance2Fit with Katie is my favorite class! Absolutely love the people who attend the classes too and the send of community provided regardless if it’s your first class or 100th. Love the option for drop in rates and membership!

Great gym filled with awesome people! If you want a group fitness place with NO JUDGEMENT and a GREAT ATMOSPHERE, check this place out! All of the instructors are awesome, lead fun classes and always get a good workout in.
