Delaware Fit Factory

I joined Delaware fit factory about a month and a half after having twins. We moved to Delaware after having the twins and I bit the bullet joined Crossfit. I was always so intimidated by it. Needless to say, it was the best thing I’ve ever done. The coaches, the atmosphere, the overall community is so amazing!! I’m 100% stronger than I was and feel so much better!

Joining CrossFit has been one of the best decisions I've ever made! I started out feeling intimidated, barely able to lift a 20-pound dumbbell, and I was really scared to jump into such a challenging environment. Fast forward to now, and I’m having a blast with barbells and even gymnastics techniques! The improvement in my weightlifting skills has been incredible, and the coaches are fantastic at teaching proper techniques, making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. I’ve noticed a huge boost in my energy levels, and it’s really helped build my confidence both personally and professionally. What I love most is that CrossFit truly can be for anyone—it's not just for bodybuilders or heavy lifters. The community is welcoming, and everyone encourages each other, which makes the workouts even more enjoyable. If you’re hesitant to try it out, just go for it! You’ll be amazed at how much you can achieve. Highly recommend!

Delaware Fit Factory has helped me improve in more ways than just one. What a great gym and community to come workout, meet new friends and improve your physical fitness. The workouts are fun and challenging and meant for everyone no matter if you new to CrossFit or experienced. The coaches truly want to help you get better everyday!

Delaware Fit Factory has been literally life changing for me. As an obese 38 year old woman, I was worried about fitting in with everyone. Every single person I’ve come in contact with has treated me with respect and cheered me on during my workouts. I cannot wait to see how my mental health and body continue to change!
