Empower Martial Arts

My daughters attitude has improved 100% since joining. Her self esteem has went through the roof. I couldn't ask for a better gym, they treat these kids like they are their own.

Since starting classes at Empower, my son has grown so much in so many areas. His confidence, self esteem, respect for himself and others, social skills, self defense skills and so much more has increased. The staff is absolutely amazing and makes every student feel welcomed from day 1! I love that every time we walk in the door, multiple staff members greet my son by name. He isn’t just a number, they know him and care about him. He is valued and empowered by every coach. He always looks forward to class and has the best support system both in and outside of class. We love Empower and cannot recommend it enough! Thank you for giving Ezra a place to call his home away from home!

Empower Martial Arts has been such an amazing experience for all 3 of my children. I’ve really seen the growth and development as they’ve gained or enhanced their confidence, respect for others and integrity. Learning self defense skills is also a huge benefit but so are the relationships they form. Empower (Delaware ATA) is an extension of our family and it was no doubt a great decision and investment in our children. Come see what it’s all about!

The culture at Empower is so endearing. I’m glad to be apart of this family. My boys love participating in martial arts at Empower and they are learning how to be disciplined with confidence and respect. It’s a win win situation for us. We love it here!

We love Empower Martial Arts! Both our kids have been attending for 6+ years. They learn so much more than just martial arts skills; they've learned life skills that they can implement in all parts of their lives. I've watched them grow in confidence and in their leadership skills over the years as well as watching them form lifelong friendships with their classmates. The instructors are great and care about each of their students on a personal level and make you feel like family!
