This is great little gym if you need a spot to workout. The rate is great, Big E takes care of the place, it's clean. Everything you could need is in here and it's open 24/7. Everyone is respectful. I have nothing but good things to say about this gym, I'm glad I found it.

You can't find a better gym in Charlotte in my opinion. They have the best equipment. Everyone has a great attitude, and the vibe is conducive to training for results.

Great hidden gem (pun intended) in Charlotte NC, old school weights, old school music and the owner is a great guy. Nothing but pleasant experiences here!

Everything you need to get a great workout and then some. Great equipment and all the attachments you could ever think of. Punching bags, sleds, hammer strength machines, heavier dumbells, treadmills, jacobs ladder, ect. A real gym! Open 24 hours!
