Leadership Martial Arts

My son has been attending Leadership Martial Arts for several months and I can't say enough good things about the experience. He absolutely loves it! The instructors are amazing — patient, skilled, and really know how to keep them engaged while teaching valuable lessons in discipline, respect, and self-defense. It has been wonderful to see my son’s confidence grow both on and off the mat. He looks forward to every class and always comes home excited to show us what he’s learned. The school does a fantastic job of creating a positive, encouraging environment where kids feel comfortable but also challenged to do their best. If you're looking for a martial arts school where your child will not only learn important skills but also have fun, Leadership Martial Arts is the perfect place.

Amazing place and staff! Wanted to try something different for my kiddo during fall break. Well, Leadership Martial Arts didn't disappoint. My daughter was excited to go EVERYDAY! She enjoyed the activities and meeting new friends. Not to mention, she rested extremely well at the end of the day. Haha! Personable staff. I just can't say enough great things! Thank you for an amazing experience! We are both looking forward to returning! 10/10 stars!!

We LOVE it here, everyone feels like family. My son started with the summer camp and it's amazing. Great activities, games, and fun field trips. They will send your kid home TIRED. Now he's been doing weekly classes and every instructor is great. They are so patient with him and really meet each kid where they are at, no matter their experience level. In less than a year I can see his skill at martial arts improving, but even more importantly his confidence, perseverance, and teamwork too.

I came into this gym as a visitor. I work as an actor and was here to make season two of Blue Ridge. The gym was clean and friendly, and there was great guys to roll with and the energy was fun. And when it wasn’t fun. It was being more fun. This is the most incredible place I have ever seen to train in any of the places I travel to. Not bad in the rest the gym just go ahead and feel free to step up. Anywhere near Charlotte and you’re a BJJ fan or MMA you have to check out this gym.

I started my martial arts journey training under Professor Richardson at Leadership Martial Arts. I was one of his first students. He is an amazing teacher and an all around great guy. I have since gone on to start a self-defense school in Kenya Africa! I will always be great-full and look back fondly on the time I spent training at Leadership Martial arts and I highly recommend that you start your martial arts journey with them as well!
