I just want to express my deepest gratitude for the receptionist Nora. She is truly a gem! Her warmth and kindness greet you the moment you walk in, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of with such care and efficiency. She manages everything with a smile, and no task ever seems too big or too small for her to handle. Her dedication and hard work create such a positive, welcoming atmosphere that makes the studio feel like a second home. Thank you for all you do – your efforts don't go unnoticed, and you make such a difference in every visit! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN NORA

This place is so special. Never have I ever felt so free to be myself in a group/class setting. The sense of community and support is top notch, not to mention the heart and talent that each owner & instructor brings to the space. I feel lucky to be a part of this PBA community. I cannot recommend it enough- If you are curious, do yourself a favor and show up to your first class. You’ll be hooked.,

First time seeing pole body and arts was Charlotte pride 2023, they were absolutely stunning and such a welcoming community, as a bigger girl I always had trouble expressing self confidence, so to push myself I took a intro into pole class about 2 weeks after they opened the Winston Salem doors, my first class was such an amazing experience. The instructor was so helpful and very kind to me and everyone there , they taught me a dance within a hour that helped me boost my confidence, I had to take more than just one class. Overall, the instructors and management are amazing people who helped me so much build confidence and helped me feel better about myself. Thank you, Pole body and arts.

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Pole Body and Arts. As a Black woman, I saw how they treated another black woman terribly and unfairly by both the the receptionist, Nora, and the owners. They labeled her as "aggressive" and "unprofessional," simply because she expressed any concerns or asked questions. It was clear to me that they were more interested in making themselves look good than in addressing legitimate feedback from paying customers. To make matters worse, they seem to have a pattern of lying about their clients and what happens in classes to cover up their mistreatment. It's not just her—several other people of color have shared similar experiences. They recently had all their instructors quit, and it's obvious that the toxic work environment is why they can't keep instructors. I was shocked to find that they hired a new instructor who isn’t even certified in pole, yet she's teaching pole classes. This is extremely concerning, as safety is already a major issue at the studio. When members raise safety concerns, they're either ignored or dismissed. This place is a disaster, and I would strongly caution anyone, especially people of color, from supporting them. There are so many other studios out there that genuinely care about their clients, their instructors, and creating a welcoming, safe space for everyone. Please visit @Purppoles to see how she was treated. And others in the comments saying the same thing.

I had the pleasure of taking a few classes at PBA and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The studio itself is clean, well-maintained, and spacious, with plenty of poles and equipment to ensure everyone has the space they need.
