I recently went to this CorePower location and I was really excited to try out their studio. I wanted to like this place; however, I have had two instances that made me feel that it is not for me. First, I went to the class on Saturday to try it out. When I arrived, there were firetrucks and I was waiting outside with a group of other people. We waited outside for 20 mins, waiting for someone to come notify us about what was happening. The firemen eventually came out and let us know that everything was okay. I waited another 5 mins and still no one had come out, so I decided it was time to leave. Then, I see the girl who works there in her car starting to back up and leave. It was not until we walked up to the car we were informed that our class was canceled. I thought this was a little weird because she could have come and told us instead of leaving. Okay, not a problem. I understand things happen. The second time around, I decided to give it another shot yesterday. I understood this class would have low heat, considering they are having issues with their heating system. Again, not a big deal. We started the class and the instructor was really nice. However, she kept moving around, messing with the blinds, going over to her phone, changing the music, changing the temperature, or changing the volume of the music. It was kind of frustrating having to turn constantly to look for her in order to see what the next exercise was going to be. The workout was mediocre at best. Overall, I will not be back.

I’ve only been to this location once, of dozens around the country, and Keisha was incredibly helpful, generous and epitomizes the best of clothes core power community.

I was super excited about this location because it is super close to me I’ve been looking for a new studio. I had my first class this week and I LOVED it and enjoyed the instructor. I like to go to yoga at least 3 times a week if I can. On my first week trial I wanted to get as many classes as I could, to really know if this studio would be for me. I pulled up 15 minutes early as requested, there were no parking spots. I waited the 15 minutes and by the time class started there were still no parking spots. I tried to call the studio for any suggestions and their “call center” was closed. Couldn’t find anything online about parking other than “55 spots available” there is no way that tiny parking lot has 55 spots. Though non the less, I wasn’t able to go to yoga tonight and I was super excited. I do not think this location is going to be for me because if this reason, which is disappointing because it is the most convenient. I understand it is not the staff’s fault there was no parking, but at least have a phone number I can call to say I will be past their requested arrival time and figure out another option :(
