I’ve lost 25 pounds since I started coming 8 months ago and gained muscle in the process, most importantly I’m more healthy and in shape now than I’ve ever been. I’m someone who has been overweight and inactive their whole life and needed someone to show me the ropes. I chose orange theory because I heard it was beginner friendly, and it really is, the trainers walk you through how to do each exercise and you can always make the workout as easy/hard as you want/need, while still feeling challenged and motivated. The staff are also very welcoming. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I were looking for something that would motivate ourselves and keep ourselves moving. What we didn’t expect was to make such great friends and immediately feel a part of a community. The front desk is so helpful with any task and are top notch. If you are going for the first time all the coaches are super helpful and are accommodating to any skill level although I do recommend trying out one of Erica’s classes and let her get your butt in shape!!!

I love working out at the Melville location. The coaches are motivating and fun to be with. This 60 min workout is tough but ever level can do it. Lots of variety from class to class. Been a member for years. And have never found a better workout anywhere else.

Excellent experience here. I love the manager, the staff, and the workouts —- they were well balanced, challenging, and fun. I especially loved all the stats and metrics so I could see my effort and progress. I made great improvements working out here 3x a week for several months.. Unfortunately I had to leave. Due to a knee issue I need to switch to cycling from running — and the cycle on the premises doesn’t have the metrics that make the treadmills such a great experience. But for those who can walk and run, I recommend this OTF most highly! 😊

I've enjoyed my time so far at Orange Theory. The staff has been super receptive, especially considering I am well out of shape. They are able to balance running a full class with being able to ensure you are doing exercises properly. They are always available to answer questions, even if they are not necessarily on the clock. I appreciate the flexibility in workouts, and that you are not pushed to do something you cannot handle. Most coaches provide good alternate exercises to do in lieu of the programmed exercises that are more appropriate for the people who are better in shape. I hope to be able to meet my goals and to continue enjoying my experience there.
