I recently joined this club and I am enjoying it so far. The machines are well kept and the gym is pretty clean. They have a nice variety of machines and they have a good quantity of each machine. The only thing I don't really like is that it is pretty crowded but that is understandable being that we are right by a university and multiple other schools. The front desk staff is also very friendly.

Joined a few months ago after a customer at work convinced me to join. He always sung its praises and I joined him for a guest visit on a LATE MORNING/AFTERNOON. There was a decent crowd and I liked the newish facilities. It's definitely a liberal culture ("judgement free zone"; no "lunking") and a beginner's gym, but I liked the price and facilities, so I went all the way and bought a full year black card membership ($340) Tonight I am livid with regret. Due to work I can only workout in the evenings and this place is horribly packed each and every time. Some people don't practice respectful hygiene so you have to smell their BO. Might be cultural or something. This is a low-end, goofy crowd beginner's gym and I should have known better not to join. Asked for a refund, or even transferring remaining membership as a gift to someone else, staff told me nope not possible. Going to use this mess of a gym as an occasional place to take my wife (free guest pass! I'll give them that), or a treadmill spot at best. The cute perks like massage chairs are not worth it. Do yourself a favor, look into somewhere serious like Powerhouse or Push before considering PF. You get what you pay for.

That was my first day visiting this location. It's pretty nice. Looks new. All the equipment is new and the staff is friendly. They maintain the place clean and neat. However, what I do not like is that it's crowded with people. A loud Spanish music non stop. I give them a thumbs up but need improvement... There are a lot of stairs, plus one elevator as well..

Aside from the fact that equipment is always broken, literally none of the rules of the gym are ever enforced. You wanna text the entire time instead of working out. This is the gym for you. Want to destroy equipment by using it improperly and slamming it. The gym for you. But the most insane thing I've seen was two dogs running around in the free weights area today. They are not service animals, and they were disrupting people working out. Not only is this not safe I can't even imagine the potential liability issues having two large dogs in the gym can bring. Completely unacceptable. Nothing was done about it either. Gym is a joke.

Even though the staff is friendly and the gym is spacious, my only complaint is how people hog the machines. They sit on their phones and take forever to finish a workout. Either that or, people will “reserve” a station by leaving their belongs there and then going to another station. The staff should really monitor that as it’s been an issue every time I come here
