Love OTF bayside! I always leave feeling strong and accomplished (even on the days when I dont feel like working out). The front desk staff is super welcoming and friendly, especially Max + Noah. Coach Justin is my go to for an energetic workout and Coach Blake took the time to explain everything I need to do to properly set myself up for the transformation challenge (goals for water intake, protein, + steps). Recommend to all my friends + family 🤩!

I’ve been a member for almost two years now. I joined because I was getting bored at my gym and the classes weren’t doing it for me anymore. I love it here because everyone is high energy and the classes are difficult so I feel good after I’m done. It’s nice to not have to think after work and have a coach tell me what to do instead. Staff is great and everything is very clean and well managed. It’s on the pricier side but if you have the means I highly recommend joining.

Overall I love orange theory. Been a member for a few years now BUT I do have a tad bit of an issue. Megan….as a trainer she’s great however her music choice makes me want to go to sleep…like cmon we need motivation. My only wish is that she really changes her music choice during her classes. All the other trainers classes are phenomenal because of their music choice, no matter the genre it’s always upbeat and motivating music.

Orange Theory is the only gym that gets me to consistently go and is worth every penny. All the coaches are amazing and Max is so knowledgeable and incredibly helpful every time I need assistance. He’s my go-to guy!

Orange Theory is a group workout where you can monitor how a workout can impact your body/heart rate. There’s no thinking involved. You just show up & the coaches/trainers will help guide/challenge you throughout the workout. With the right playlist the classes are very fun and can become addicting
