The 3 stars on here speaks for itself, but here’s my experience: If you’re thinking about joining this gym, don’t waste your time. The photos might look good, but the experience is a completely different story. The management is unprofessional and not transparent about fees. I was told there were no hidden charges, only to find out later there’s a $199 cancellation fee they never mentioned. The sauna was one of the main reasons I signed up, but it’s terrible. It barely gets hot and takes forever to work. The gym itself is overwhelmingly male, and the vibe is unwelcoming. There are much better options out there, even places like Planet Fitness, where everything is straightforward and cancellations are easy. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

So I was looking for a gym in the area and out of the two, this is the place to go. I read the reviews previously and that did not deter me from signing up. I signed up with Rick and he was very pleasant. My experience so far has been very enjoyable. It's nicely decorated inside, no jarring colors if that's your thing. It's clean and maintained nicely. My favorite aspect is the sauna and the juice bar! Nancy makes amazing smoothies so make sure to pass by the juice bar for a special treat after your workout!

RICK!!! I have never met anyone with such bad customer service as this person, to start with if you are looking for a gym with good customer service AVOID THIS GYM!!! I was 85% convinced to sign up for this gym, but the attitude of this man was very rude and disrespectful. Knowing that the good image and quality of a business can be damaged by a single person with the way they serve you.

Terrible Customer Service I visited this gym today intending to get information about a membership, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I was assisted by someone named Rick, who was incredibly egotistical and not courteous at all. Instead of providing me with the information I needed, I had to keep asking questions because he seemed uninterested in explaining anything about the gym’s services. The most upsetting part was his disrespectful attitude at the end, bluntly saying: “What do you want? A gym with a pool? We don’t have one, just machines. Make up your mind—do you want to sign up or not?” This is not the right way to treat a potential customer who was almost ready to join the gym. I strongly suggest reviewing this employee’s attitude and training, as his behavior not only discouraged me but also made me feel completely undervalued as a customer.

Beware of this “gym” they are in fact scammers as the other reviews have mentioned. Good luck canceling or freezing your membership. They will bill you anyway and if your credit card expires or blocks the charge they will send you to collections. Get everything in writing and take copies!
