The Gravity Vault - Upper Saddle River, NJ

This place is fantastic not only for climbing at any time but also for hosting birthday parties. We recently celebrated our child’s birthday here, and everything was managed perfectly. Evan did an outstanding job, expertly handling the party and inspiring the kids to climb higher with his enthusiasm. Everyone was satisfied. Highly recommed

A very nice climbing gym. Very clean, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. There are also plenty of places to sit and watch your people climb as well.

Loved it here!! We went in the early afternoon of a work day and basically had the place to ourselves which was great because I brought along someone new to the sport. There were so many routes to try (they were actively updating routes while we were there) and so many options for us to belay climb. This gym in particular doesn’t have as many auto belays for solo climbing as GOAT gym does (for example) so bear this in mind when you are going if you plan on climbing alone or with a friend who may not be belay certified. You will wind up running the same few walls over and over. But, that aside, the facility was great! Bright lighting, clean gym, smelled good, can’t complain one bit! They also have a kilter wall which was such an awesome piece of technology to use!! Highly recommend this place!

My granddaughter wanted to go rock climbing, so we came to the Gravity Vault & opted for the 1 hour session. The staff provided great assistance & climbing directions, especially Fernando. There were a lot of climbers of varying ages & skill levels. We had a great time & would definitely come back.

Came today for the first time today with my kids 6 and 8 and they had a great time. Jacob was great with them. He encouraged them to keep going and talk them through. Definitely will be back.
