March 17, 2024 👉I was a part of the CrossFit “Open” for the first time at CF The Rack and everyone made me feel so included. I was able to do the Workout at a Scaled Foundations Level. EVERYone does what they can and they are encouraged at whatever level they are at. I am so happy to have found this wonderful Community of people to workout with and to challenge myself with wonderful Coaches and Members. ALL ages and ALL capabilities are welcomed and safety and good form is a top priority.🌟👯♀️ March 3, 2024 👉CrossFit The Rack (CFTR) in Allendale is a wonderful new addition to my weekly Exercise & Workouts. -I told Dmitriy, one of the owners, how included, helped and supported, I felt, and he said to me, “Everyone is very helpful. We have a great community here. It’s my favorite part of our gym. We’re a family.” -I agree with Dmitriy 100%!! Since Day 1, I have been shown how all of the Workouts can be Scaled to my Level. Which is a very beginning level in comparison to others but nobody cares. Each person does what they can and they all support each other. -I feel that the workouts are helping me stand straighter and have stronger upper body posture. -There are 13,000 CrossFit Locations World 🌎 Wide. -Now I can go to OrangeTheory and also to CrossFit, when we travel. 🌟Thank you CrossFit TheRack in Allendale, NJ.🌟

I’ve been a member of CFTR for over 3 years, the coaches and members contribute to an incredibly supportive community and truly foster a comfortable environment for all athlete skill levels. I’ve become a better version of myself during my time at this gym, simply cannot recommend it enough! If you’re looking for a place where the workouts are programmed for you, modified to your capabilities and showing up is easy and fun, definitely check this gym out.

I started at the Rack in August of 2016 at their old location in Paramus. I have tried other types of gyms but consistently find myself coming back to this one. CrossFit has challenged me in so many ways to become a stronger individual, not only physically but mentally. I have learned to do things I never thought I would ever be capable of. Moreover, this community has become like family to me. They are my support system and i enjoy my time with them so much. They are one of the main reasons I stay so consistent. The members and coaches at CrossFit the Rack are an amazing group of people. I am so glad I found them.

CrossFit The Rack is an outstanding gym that offers top-notch workouts and facilities. However, what truly sets it apart is the amazing coaches and members. From the moment I walked into the gym, I was welcomed with open arms and made to feel like a part of the community, regardless of my experience level. The coaches are dedicated to helping everyone understand and perform each workout correctly, while the members are always supportive and motivating. Overall, my experience at CrossFit The Rack has been nothing short of incredible and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout and a strong, supportive community.

CrossFit the Rack is an excellent facility with one of the friendliest CrossFit communities that I have ever been to. All the coaches and members are very personable and have positive and encouraging attitudes that make working out at this gym a pleasure. The coaches are mindful of your fitness level and will provide feedback and tailor any of the workouts to help you perform your best and achieve your fitness goals. If you live in the area or are just visiting, I recommend dropping in for a good workout with good people.
