D1 Training Bergen County

My kids love it here and the training has been great! They are learning how to weight train properly and also get one on one training for basketball and football. Len and Chris are great coaches.

Our daughter loves sports and has some natural ability. We wanted to find a center that would not only help develop her soccer skills but also help her learn the importance of discipline, hard work, training and fitness all while having fun! D1 checked all the boxes. My daughter worked mostly with Coach Ryeong. He positively challenged her working on her speed, agility and technique. We just finished one session and saw great improvement! We’ve signed up for more!

Through the D1 Soccer Clinic, our son has improved his athletic skills immensely. Coach Ryeong took the time to give each of the kids the necessary tools to becoming well-rounded athletes. Our son had such a great time learning and playing with all the kids and coaches. Your communication and organization was impeccable. We thank you for making our son an even more powerful athlete.

My kids had a great experience at D1 with Coach Ryeong and Coach Justin. It definitely helped them with some technical training and conditioning which was always great to see. Kids had a great time at D1 and look forward to doing more classes/sessions.

I had my both son trained from D1 and is so great! All the coaches here are all nice and kind and teaches kids with passion. I have experienced of other places that coaches were kinda all (sorry to say but) lazy, but D1’s all the coaches we met has passion about teaching and growing kids in a good way. Specially thanks to coach Ryeong! :)
