Ishan walked me through everything about the membership and personal training, he was extremely helpful and a big reason that I joined LA Fitness. He made me feel like I was joining a family of people dedicated to improving their fitness! Fair priced membership and great facility with a wide array of any machine you could think of.

I visited the gym this morning and I give it 4 out of 5 stars. The gym equipment is well-maintained, but there are a couple of machines out of order, which is pretty standard for a corporate gym. The pool was a bit disappointing because there was no lifeguard, which most likely leading it to not being clean. There were brown and yellow spots along the edge and down the black line, as well as floating debris like pubic hair and bandages. I think closing it for a week to clean and resurface the dirty areas would make it more appealing. On the bright side, the locker room was very clean and well-maintained with no towels, debris, or suspicious areas, so I'd say it deserves its 4.5 out of 5 stars on Google. I'm only giving it a 4 because of the issues with the pool. Overall, keep up the good work and strive to make the good into great. Have a great day!

I have been coming to this LA fitness for many years now and this has to be my favorite gym in the area. The gym is super clean, has a wide variety of amenities, and always comes in clutch when I need a good workout. Morgan T. was super helpful in getting me all set up for my membership. She was very polite and communicated the different plans very clearly. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone. Easy 5 stars.

while the facility is pretty nice, the business is terrible. while the front desk people are pretty nice for the most part, i was definitely lied to about my membership. i only have my membership open during the summer because i go to school on long island, and was going to cancel my membership when i left. one of the managers or representatives told me that i shouldn’t cancel and instead freeze it because i could always reopen it and not pay fees and not be charged until i came back, and could always choose to cancel it then. i had many school charges on the credit card linked to my account, and while i admit this part was my fault, did not see the charges that i was promised would not be there. on top of this, when brought to management’s attention, they told me that there is supposed to be a $10 a month charge to keep the membership frozen which again, i was told the freeze would remain and i would not be charged. i had to speak to a manager at the location, then member services, then somebody at corporate and finally someone at corporate above them to finally get this SEMI settled. for 8 months and $450 i was only refunded $100 and the highest person i spoke to at corporate was very rude about this. this is money i needed and lost after not stepping foot in that gym for over 9 months. its just horrible business and i was scammed and the issue was never properly resolved. i will never be coming back to this location or any other la fitness, and my sisters will also be cancelling their memberships for good as they are going to college and being told the SAME thing i was. im just glad i could save them from potentially paying over $450 for a service they will never use at the time of charges. horrible business so beware and read all the 8 pages of fine print they conveniently summarize for you to their benefit.

I’ve been a member of LA Fitness in Brick, NJ, for some time now, and I want to give a special shoutout to Margarita. She is an incredibly hard-working employee who consistently goes above and beyond to maintain the cleanliness of the gym. I’ve noticed her regularly changing the garbages and ensuring that every area is spotless. Her dedication truly enhances the overall experience at the facility. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work, and it makes a significant difference for all the members. Thank you, Margarita, for keeping our gym in top shape!
