I joined Club Pilates over the summer and eagerly awaited opening. After taking 1 class I was hooked, and upgraded from the 4 class pass to unlimited. A huge jump in price, but I haven’t felt this good since my early 20s! I really enjoy the instructors I’ve had so far, and started seeing a change in my body within the first month. I had surgery last week, and I’m counting down the days until I can go back :).

So usually i don't leave reviews but i had an amazing experience so here i go! When i first walked in i couldn't help but notice how clean it was inside ( sometimes these places can get a little musty ) but this was by far the cleanest I've seen so far, When i walked in i was also greeted immediately, I was taken back with how overwhelmingly nice these instructors were ! Shout out to Megan, Bianca, Shelby & Debbie!! what a wonderful group of people, I loved the vibe, usually I'm uncomfortable in situations like these but they made me feel like i could be myself & i love that for them ! I 10000% recommend you will not regret it ! Can't wait to see more of you guys !

HONEST REVIEW : I was so excited to start something new and to meet my body goals, and for something to help with my mental space. (We all crave that)! For the most part this Pilates location is a good location. I understand completely that this is a new location and there will be a few hiccups. I get that. But when an issue or feedback is brought to their attention. I don’t believe that is it taken seriously. Being a part of Pilates crew is a lot of money to invest in each month to begin with. I don’t know one person that will disagree with that. So with that being said I just wish that the feedback here would be taken into consideration. Almost every instructor so far has been a nice instructor. My favorite so far is Nancy. She’s super sweet and helpful. On the other hand, Nora will make it hard for you to want to stay during her full class. She gives nothing but bad feedback and demands. I always feel unease when having to take her class. Sometimes classes will be full and we get stuck with what we have. Is what it is. But when you pay over $200 a month for something. No one should ever feel this way. We seek peace and the betterment of ourselves. Not to join a class to be in an uncomfortable space. Other notes to take: * It is a very clean environment (even the bathrooms) * equipment is very nice. * love the water machine. * their non-slip socks are good quality. * the app is easy to use.

I joined in September 2months now, I have been able to only take 3 classes because all classes I get added to “wait list”. I paid 2 months only to be able to take 3 classes. In order to book classes you have to wait for billing cycle to come up so that you can schedule class. You are not able to carryover classes that you were not able to take due to “wait list” however when the billing cycle comes because everything‘s already been booked you’re not able to book a class. Round and round I go. I get added to a class 15 minutes before the class and because I didn't make it you get charged, but you have to give them 24 hours to cancel the class. How does this happen! The entire process has not been fully thought out, some of the instructors are not very nice and they don’t take the time to explain things, They just automatically think you’re a professional.

My rating will change pending the outcome of a class that I missed on a holiday eve, Tuesdays. They stated they will not give me a credit for a session even the scheduled on a holiday eve according to the CONTRACT. they were very condescending to me. Please stay tuned for my final rating with explanation.I have many reviews on Google .
