I’ve been going here on and off for 15 years, I love this place so much. No gym comes close in my opinion. However when I came back, I was shocked by their new hours. Working very odd hours, their old schedule was very accommodating not only to me, but others who also don’t have the typical 9-5. If they go back to their late hours, I’ll change this to a 5 star very fast. I just wanted to be a voice for others who may also feel this way.

been going here for 2/3 years & whoever the NEW women is at the front desk was super rude. on TUESDAY 1/14 @ about 11am . all i did was ask for a new card because i lost my old one. attitude sucks & her tone. didn't listen when i told her my name the first time then when she asked me again what it was, she was nasty and rude. even when it was down to the spelling. definitely will be looking for a new gym. i am a manager & i would never have someone like that in the front desk checking people in with that attitude, your at work & there to do your job . equipment is old , you ask yourself why am i even paying this much for service like this. ridiculous.

What's great about this pool is that it has a chair lift, which is useful when rehabbing from a stroke. Hands-on physical therapy utilizes 1 lane of the pool to work with people for aqua therapy. However, the pool itself smells moldy to me, the chlorine hits you in the face as soon as you walk in, and it's hot, humid, and sweaty in there. There are times when it's very busy. The bathrooms are a nightmare for handicapped people with wheelchairs.

What sets tr fitness aside from every other gym is the family oriented feeling you get when you walk in there. Shelly and her husband have created something every other gym out there try to do but come up short. The place is always immaculate. The staff are always as courteous and polite and ready to assist or help with anything possible. On a 1 to 5 stars tr fitness should be the one to get 6 stars cause again they stand out from every other gym. And they have the cleanest pool over ever seen in my life! If asked I would say tr fitness or don't go to the gym!

This place is a local legend, great staff and a history that none of the other gyms in the area can compete with. That being said, equipment is almost as old as I am which is frightening and as of late simply not being maintained. If you’re going to demand a premium fee, deliver a premium product. Still love them but they desperately need to reinvest in the gym.
