An excellent facility with a staff that is very attentive. Restrooms are immaculate the tanning facility, as well as the massage chair and hydrotherapy lounge is a great way to decompress after your work out. All of this at an incredible monthly fee.

I'm so disappointed in this location. The management sucks. I never had a issue with my cards. All if a sudden there Missing a number. Not my fault if someone entered it in wrong.. now a late fee you wont take the late fee off. Unbelievable!!!! You deserve no stars..

Very clean. Tanning beds are quality beds and all bulbs work . Bathrooms are kept exceptionally clean at least mens anyway. All in all a pleasant experience. Would have given 5 stars if staffers were more friendly...

Planet fitness loves to advertise like they are no membership fee, $15 a month pay as you go, ONLY. But keep in mind they also bill you $52.00 a month after you start saying it's an "annual fee"....so just since they purposely are vague and not clear with pricing ON PURPOSE, just letting people know that don't be surprised after you think you're just going to be paying $15 a month every month, that you get billed $52.00 the next time they take money out. And the "manager" at the gym is very rude and condescending, I would use a choice word if this weren't a public forum, when simply asking about why the fee popped up in the first place. And I know that tone. She probably deals with these calls all the time knowing damn well most people are likely tricked by this but she gets to just say "it's in the agreement you signed".....I paid in person and signed an electronic pad, there was no "agreement" I looked at. And if that's very much purposely hidden, the person helping you sign up should legally and morally have to tell you what's on the "agreement" you're signing, because obviously they don't give you a print out of what you sign, therefore a customer isn't aware, and that's how you SCAM people.

The staff is very friendly. The facilities are often cleaned by the staff. Most of the clients wipe down the machines after using them. I f a piece of equipment is broken it is quickly repaired. I am getting good value for the inexpensive monthly fee.I always enjoy coming to Planet Fitness to do my daily workouts.
