I purchased this class for a personal celebration of my birthday, and I had a great time in the Bungee Fitness class. It was a lot of fun. I heartily endorse the Bungee Fitness course. Linnette, the owner, was incredibly kind and patient with us. Without a doubt, I'll be returning.

First time doing Bungee fitness. Did an 1 1/2 hr private class with friends and we had such a blast! I will definitely be doing this again. It was easy to learn and safe. And, a great work out!!! The facility was top quality and everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Remember to bring your water and small towel because you will work up a sweat :).

Linnette and her team were so wonderful! So patient and helpful. They took their time to explain the bungee fitness to us. The music was so good and the atmosphere was wonderful! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

If you’re looking for a low impact workout try this bungee class out, Lynette will have you laughing, dancing and floating around to 5 different choreographed routines. Her husband is also very involved making sure everyone is comfortable and handing out proper equipment. You will definitely have a blast at this class! :)
