Giving 5 stars because staff is great the only negative is that the bathroom is constantly dirty including the floors , stalls and the sinks have a terrible odor coming from them. If you guys want an example of a clean planet fitness look at the way Fairfield is cleaned daily. Attached is a photo of Blade.

Being a member for 4 years now it’s sad to report the decline of a once great place. I look over at the recent posts of why people love this facility and I see names like, Owen and Steven and Gabby, and then I realize they are all gone ??? Customer service used to be paramount here and now there is a manager the forces herself to say hello, pretty sad. Please take us back to the days where all the machines worked, the urinals actually flushed and the whole place was cleaner and nicer.

Sue was very helpful during the process of signing up. she was fun and quick and didn’t take long for the process to finish. Sue should get a raise for her performance and her work ethic. the gym was clean and spacious all in all Sue was fantastic! Thank you!

I have been frequenting this facility for 6 years. In all these years i have never felt as comforting and at ease as i have during 2023/2024. And that is all thanks to Sue & gabby. The gracious hosts who always greet everyone with a smile and their good energy. They really help motivate me before my workout. Thank you ladies 🫶🏽

Planet fitness of rockaway has the best staff. Sue & Javi are so welcoming and always make sure to greet every guest that enters the facility. Whenever I have a question about a machine Sue is always ready to help! I always see Javi cleaning and making sure the machines/ floors are clean and paper towels are full. The only issue I have with PF is the manager, sometimes it looks as if she isn’t happy to be there and would rather be anywhere else. Anytime I’ve come into PF and she was in the front I was never greeted. Just leaves a sour taste in members mouths when they aren’t greeted, especially by a manager of all people.
