I never thought I was a yoga person. I’d tried it a few times over the past decade and had written it off as something that wasn’t for me until Akasa Yoga came to town. I decided to give a hot yoga class a try and I was instantly hooked. Even though I was a beginner, the class was manageable, but challenging. Melanie is such a wonderful instructor and walks you through all the movements with very good directions. I’m about a dozen classes in now and it’s seriously one of the best parts of my week. The space is beautiful and the community she’s built is such a wonderful addition to Rahway.

I went to a hot yoga class this morning here, as a long time yoga practioner this place was solid. Melanie's class was great, studio has great vibes and the heat is def on. Strong class, and decent price. Def recommend this yoga studio!!
