Amazing yoga shop that is NOT a chain!! This is important because they tend to be more interested in making money then creating a community of people enjoying practicing yoga! The teachers are incredible and the atmosphere is one that can’t be beat! Classes are offered at convinient times and they even offer a class for kids on the weekends that my daughter LOVES! The owners are amazing people and will always accommodate the best they can! What an amazing yoga family to be apart of!

I’d been wanting to start yoga for awhile and visited a few studios in the area. None of them really had the vibe I was looking for until I found Anew Life. I could tell just by looking in the shop windows that this was the studio for me. I signed up for the $25 for 30 days special which allowed me to try a variety of different classes and instructors and they are all amazing. The instructors are caring, supportive, non-judgemental, accommodating, and community-oriented. Everyone is truly welcomed here. I am genuinely so grateful to be a part of the Anew Life family 🙏🏻💕

I was looking to getting into a routine yoga practice and found Anew Life Yoga and I'm so happy I did. I love the space and the instructors are wonderful and supportive. Very pleased with the variety of classes they offer and a schedule that suits my practice!

I've tried restorative, yin, and flow yoga with several different teachers and all were fabulous! The studio has a welcoming, authentic vibe and all the teachers and staff take their yoga seriously - but not themselves. The classes are nourishing, challenging, and fun and the space is gorgeous too. Highly recommended!

Love this studio! Great variety of classes, instructors are super friendly and knowledgable. Mike and his whole team make it a very welcoming environment- can't say enough good things!
