It's been one year since I've joined SETS and it's been the biggest motivating factor in all aspects of my life. The workouts are enjoyable and I've seen the progression in my strength, I've been making healthier choices with food, and have gained friends along the journey as well! All of the coaches are so motivating and constantly push you to become better every single class. Best decision I've made last year joining and highly recommend trying it out!

Obsessed. Not only for what it’s done for my body, but mentally as well. The coaches are amazing in every way and I’ve made new friends because the people that work out there are just as great. I look forward to going even on those days when you feel like you can’t. Best decision ever. 1,000/10! If you think you can’t, you most definitely can.

Have been a member for about a year and have to say that this is the best gym/fitness class there is! The coaches, atmosphere and workouts are absolutely amazing!

I started during the 21 day challenge and joined right after. It’s such a great workout and all the trainers are great. It’s nice to show up and not think about what I need to do at the gym. They guide you all the way.

SETS really has helped me gain confidence. Before joining, I was uncertain on what an "effective" workout entails. The trainers at SETS have created a friendly environment and they are extremely motivating. Each trainer is different, and they consistently find ways to make you feel good about yourself and grow from the workouts. I am constantly being pushed further and continue to thrive rather than give up. Every class allows me to complete a different variety of workouts that challenge me. Modifications (when needed) still have me working hard. I have a goal I hope to set and I know the trainers will continue to guide and push me to be successful. Thank you, SETS!
