Inner Light Pathways - Reiki Yoga Sound

I started with a 2 hour reiki session. I didn’t know what expect but I have to say it was an amazing experience and I began to wake up to the present moment. I was invited to try a Kundalini class so I accepted. The energy in the room was evident. Not too physically demanding, a lot of different breathing styles. I don’t quite understand it, but I feel great doing it. I have also starting taking regular yoga classes, nice and gentle with many options for the poses, as my body continues to get stronger. Not to mention the reiki sound baths which are like a cleansing of your soul. If you are looking for the energy of kundalini and all its benefits, or you are looking for a more gentle type of yoga, I highly recommend you coming and seeing for yourself. Cat is really one a kind and has many talents I am only just learning about. A solid spiritual practice. Namaste. Mike T 🙏💚🙏
