I was introduced to this amazing Fitness Center Project Trnsfrm through my wellness coach Bri at Body Back In Action. Let me tell you, what a wonderful experience. I meet with my Trainer Reese, I did not know what to expect the first time, but when I got there the warm welcome and support received was awesome. In my consultation with my Trainer, I expressed how I had back issues and the Dr. was thinking about surgeries, immediately he started to show me exercise we can do and exercise for home when I am not working out. I did the first training session on Wednesday, and it was so motivating. Because of Project Trnsfrm I am more than ever committed to working-out and healthy lifestyle. Reese Saturday training classes you will burn like 1,000 calories. I will definitely recommend this Gym to family and friends. Thank you Reese and Project Trnsfrm in Old Bridge.

I was looking for a change in 2025. I saw an advertisement for project Trnsfrm and decided to go in. From the minute I walked through the door Reece greeted me like I’ve been a member for years. I took on personal training from Reece and after 13 days I already see a big change in the way I look and feel. He really motivates you to want to exercise. I have a long journey but I’m looking forward to working with him and his entire team. The gym is so clean and has all the equipment needed. I look forward to joining the classes as well once I have been working out for some time. I highly recommended people joining it will change how u feel about yourself.

Project TRNSFRM is the best gym I have ever been a part of. It is a state of the art facility, but the people working there really make it one of a kind! The front desk receptionist, Maya, made my first experience absolutely wonderful. The overwhelming hospitality and kindness truly made me feel welcome. The trainers were phenomenal as well, tailoring the workout to my limits and pushing me further.

I’ve been at Project Trnsfrm for a few weeks now and already see a difference physically and - importantly - in my energy level, which is a lot higher! I look forward to my personal training and the workouts are challenging, fun and adaptable for any fitness level. (Did you catch the fun part?) The instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and enthusiastic. You can’t help but feel good when you’re there and feel even greater about what you’ve accomplished. I also appreciate the cleanliness and the variety of machines and equipment available. I have had gym memberships my whole life and frankly they don’t compare. Highly recommend!

I recently joined project transform after going to the local gym for many, many years: I was bored with the same old workout and wanted to push myself for more strenuous and fun workouts. Project Transform didn’t disappoint! Reese and the other trainers put together awesome and challenging workouts everyday. They pay attention to make sure the exercises are being done with the proper form to minimize possible injury and maximize your results. Come check out a class.. you won’t leave without wanting to join.
