I absolutely love the YMCA in Old Bridge! From the moment I signed up, everyone has been welcoming, and the atmosphere is laid-back and inviting. They have all the amenities and equipment you need to stay consistent with your workout routine. I highly recommend checking out their classes! Right now, I’m hooked on Arpita’s Spin classes every Tuesday and Thursday, and I look forward to them each week. I’m excited to try more classes in the future. The spa and sauna area can get crowded during peak hours, but if you're an early riser and hit the gym in the morning, it’s the perfect way to unwind after a workout or enjoy some recovery time. GET THE MEMBERSHIP, it’s totally worth it! :)

This is our 3 year at the Y for summer camp and both my girls love it. The staff and counselors are very welcoming and friendly. Communication and safety is a priority- Ms Kelsi is the camp director and she runs the camp very efficiently. You can tell she loves the campers and enjoys what she does. They take the time to know each camper and connect with them. My older daughter leaned how to swim and float in the water with the help of the staff. She feels comfortable being in the water which is very reassuring as a parent. My younger daughter will be completing her 1st yr at the Y and she loves it as well. This year they added field trip once a week which my daughters look forward too every week. Great place overall. I definitely recommend this camp!

At first I was hesitant to become a member but quickly realized that it was a great fit for me. As a recent retiree, I was looking for improving my overall health and looking for a way to grow my social life. The Y in Old Bridge hit both of those areas. I strongly recommend stopping by a checking out all it has to offer.

Old Bridge YMCA has a co-ed hot tub and sauna poolside. For anyone wondering, there is not a separate adults and children's locker rooms; the "male family locker room" is the same as the men's locker room.

I swim laps early morning most days and am very happy with the pool maintenance, the locker rooms and the staff.
