Love the ambience. Everyone’s energies seem to merge in perfect harmony. Although classes are always full; it doesn’t feel overwhelming. I love that they have showers! I have tried probably all the hot yoga studios in NJ and by far this is my favorite. I will definitely continue to attend this location. Instructors are knowledgeable and kind. Staff is very welcoming. Highly recommended

I really love this studio! The instructors are fantastic and they keep the studio very clean. I feel very relaxed and recharged after every class. They have a great variety of classes you can choose from, and the app makes scheduling so easy. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a hot yoga studio!
