The owner…Melissa embodies kindness and selflessness, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a true sanctuary. Every class is thoughtfully designed, catering to all skill levels, and Melissa takes the time to connect with each student, ensuring everyone feels supported. The studio itself is warm and inviting, filled with positive energy. If you're looking for a place to deepen your practice and feel genuinely cared for, this is it. Highly recommended!

I’ve practiced yoga for years but after an injury had to scale back. I’m so thankful to have found this studio when I’m down the shore to practice at my own pace. I felt very welcomed from my first visit. I took a class with the owner and she was amazing. Can’t wait to be down there again!

I have been coming to this studio for the past two summers when visiting family in Margate. I have L4/L5/S1 issues so being able to continue my practice while out of town is extremely important for my mobility. Melissa is extremely accommodating and has worked with me on multiple occasions to help fit me into classes. All of the instructors I have had have been great, Michelle, Edye, Melissa, and Jeb - thank you all. See you again next summer!

NJ Yoga Zone is a quiet oasis for zen relaxation and master classes in Yoga. The time I have spent with the team there was a wonderful respite from the busyness of daily life. Take your team for staff bonding - it was excellent!!!
