After dealing with chronic lower back pain for years, I felt substantial relief after just one hour of stretching and bodywork, including massage guns and cupping. It was as if I was floating out of the studio! In addition to reduced muscle and joint pain, my posture has improved as has my flexibility. A few months ago I fell and injured my shoulder. Rothman recommended physical therapy. I scheduled weekly appointments at B.C.F and I’m happy to say that my shoulder is almost 100% healed now! I truly can’t recommend Bravo Core Fitness enough and will forever be grateful to Bernardo Bravo and his team.

I am new to margate so finding a gym was very important. Not only am I getting an amazing workout but the stretch is as important to complete the process . It is clean , very organized and the staff is very knowledgeable about how to work u out to get results . Plus they have the latest on a equipment . Anyone who starts with anyone on the staff with see results !

It was my first visit and the change in flexibility from just one treatment was amazing. Also alleviated the back pain i was having from some muscle spasms. I was really surprised at how much relief I got from today's treatment.
