I'm really enjoying the Sound Healing Meditation at Yoga Essence Lebanon. It is a great way to reflect, breathe and heal while Michael plays the sound bowls. It's a little different each time. I highly recommend trying it.

I’ve been taking classes here for almost a year and a half, and I’ve really enjoyed my experiences. The teachers are excellent, especially Lauren, and there are various classes available.

I loved the instructor. I have done many yoga class. This class was a unique combination of yoga and meditation. I'm 71 years old and this class was something that could be done by a person of any age. The other students were welcoming and were my instant friends. Relaxation and flexibility were the classes high points.

I absolutely love Brandy's class! Her voice is soothing and encouraging, and she has a unique and intentional flow sequence. Highly recommend this class:)

I absolutely love Yoga Essence! They have Aerial Yoga and Bungee class as well which are amazing! The teachers are so fun as well and the community is very welcoming. Will definitely be a regular here!
