I was a physical therapy client at Pro Activity a number of times after joint replacements and back surgery and have been extremely pleased and impressed with the quality of care I received. The therapy at Pro Activity is focused on one client at a time and is superbly tailored to the individual's needs and situation. In every instance, the therapists who treated me were outstanding--very caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After I recuperated, I joined Pro Activity's physical training program, one of the best decisions I ever made! I am in a small group of seniors and the training is amazing! Each class is taught by a physical therapist and/or certified sports trainer who are attuned to the abilities and limitations of each participant and make individual modifications when necessary. The exercise sessions are well thought out--each week emphasizes a different component of fitness such as strength, endurance, stability, hypertrophy, etc. The classes are lively, varied and fun! I have seen a significant improvement in my overall fitness and quality of life as a result of my experience here. I am happy to give Pro Activity my highest recommendation!!!

I have been in and out of rehab about 10x over the years for various sports injuries and this is my first time working with Pro Activity (total knee replacement rehab) and cannot say enough about the people and incredible service they provide. First off, they really listen to you, the patient, and work with you to understand what you are going through and your goals. Therapy is not provided based on a set of standard (cookie cutter) protocol's but it is based on each patients individual needs, ability and goals. You can see the great pride that is taken by the therapists as the patient heals under their care and this does not go unnoticed by the patient. I can certainly say for myself that I have found a home at Pro Activity for any rehabilitative requirements I may have in the future.

I have been a client at Pro-Activity since 2011, first as a Physical Therapy patient and later adding the Strength and Conditioning class in 2015. The staff at Pro-Activity is very knowledgeable and works to help you become the best version of yourself. One thing that sets Pro-Activity apart is their focus on the individual, even in a group class setting. The PT's do not follow a standard plan for each patient, rather take into account the patient's physical history, age, level of activity, etc. I have often gone in thinking my pain was one issue and left learning that it was something else. In the group class, the instructor monitors each student and adjust the day's plan for issues from injuries to upcoming races. My time at Pro-Activity has made me healthier and stronger.

Being an avid Walker and keeping fit; a friend, who is a veteran member @ BC, invited me to meet ups for Walkers@BC. The friendliness, and more over the commitment of members to reach their goals is captivating - I was hooked and even entered a race (as a walker) And won in my age group. Additionally, finding the need for PT due to a prior injury, I was so fortunate that BC has PT on STAFF - I found the PT Staff to be excellent - Brilliant, supportive - simply the Best!! Bottom Line: Do NOT overlook BC, go for it now , don't wait until Tomorrow!!

My spouse and I have participated in small-group training/workout sessions for about 15 years at Pro-Activity. They have a superb philosophy on maintaining overall wellness. Our current trainer, Justin, is fabulous.
