I absolutely love this place. The staff are friendly, and the environment is amazing. It's very welcoming, and I love the members. I would highly recommend coming to this locate. My son goes to daycare here, and he loves his teacher and friends.

Beware!!! They will charge your credit card even after you cancel your membership. Don’t go here!!!! They bully the kids and tell the kids to deal with bullying themselves. This place is NOT GOOD!! There’s a good reason why they only have a 3 star rating!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Please do not send your children here. As the YMCA does not follow their own beliefs and practices which they openly state on their website. Their daycare center is a joke with the exception of a few staff members. However my daughters were enrolled here and I’ve had to call licensing and the department of child family services twice for negligence. My oldest daughter had received a black and blue from another child with six staff members watching and yet no one could explain to me how the incident occurred nor gave me an incident form. Another occasion, upon pick up my daughter was only in her underwear AGAIN no one could explain to me why this was. My newborn infant was attacked by an older 16 month old because they keep 6 weeks to 18 months old in one room with staff that don’t watch the children at all. And this situation occurred only with me being going for less than thirty minutes. They often mislead for their own benefit and I will warn as many people as possible. Please DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!! As far as summer camp goes, well, you’re paying for your child to stay out in the heat all day! There is no cold water accessible and they have five years old to six year olds outside in the blazing sun all day. My children suffer from asthma and allergies and even then they refused to send the children inside. My children only attended for three days before I pulled them out. & the director Colieen could care less. It should be illegal what they are doing. Even ALL OF THE STAFF MEMBERS COMPLAIN yet no one will do anything. If you have younger children PLEASE PLEASE TAKE THEM OUT !!! I will NEVER send any of my children back here again. Edit: It's funny how they tried to response to my review but can't respond to my emails or concerns in person. I have picture of each assault incident that happened with both my daughters and email correspondence that were left with no respond. Because I don't want my daughters faces out there I have not posted the images but whoever wants to see the images and emails please reach out to me. I will warn everyone I know and my social media platforms to NEVER support this place!!! Your children are NOT SAFE HERE!!!!

Was fine until I tried to cancel membership. Sent email but forgot attachment and they never replied that the cancellation form was not attached… will not provide me with a refund.

The facility is good, housekeeping in the locker room and bathroom stalls is okay. There are 6 swimming lanes, 1 family pool, 1 spa, and 1 sauna. The lifeguards and coaches are very kind, experienced and professional. We don’t visit this place on weekends, but many lanes are always occupied by lessons, coaches will ask you to get out of the lane. Family swim is only available after 6PM when it sudden gets so packed that you won’t be able to move around in the pool.
