OTF freehold has been such a great experience. I joined almost 2 years ago and the staff never cease to amaze me from the front desk with Marquis and the girls knowing my favorite spot and saving it for me each time I prebook to coach Emma who has worked with me pretty much every single class to adjust my workouts to have less impact on my left knee since it’s been bothering me. The gym is always clean and welcoming and the equipment is always working. There is absolutely nothing negative I have to say about them. Thank you for making my workouts easy and fun!!!

Updated Review: I’ve been a member of Freehold OTF for nearly 2 years. I feel compelled to update my review after hearing another coach is leaving. In the past 2 years, at least 8 coaches have quit. Now Freehold OTF is down to one regular part time coach and one fill-in coach from another studio. I learned that Freehold OTF is one of 140+ franchises operated by Empire Portfolio Group and hence the apparent problem. It’s evident the studio is just another line item for Empire. It took them over 6 months to fix the HVAC, meanwhile members had to contend with giant portable ACs while trying not to trip over drainage hoses taped to the floor. The broken lockers have not been fixed, and most disturbingly they can’t seem to keep and hire coaches. Classes have been canceled over the holiday season because no one was available to teach. The front desk staff get an earful from disgruntled members and they are doing their best, but there is only so much that can be done without corporate support. Classes have been cut on the schedule and membership seems to be dwindling. Empire needs to invest in their studios and support their coaches/staff - otherwise more members will take their business elsewhere. Original Review: OTF Freehold is a welcoming and unpretentious studio that is clean and well maintained. The staff is pleasant and welcoming (special shoutout to Alisa and Anjolie), and the coaches are motivating and helpful. The studio is not overly crowded so you can usually get the classes you want without being waitlisted. OTF Freehold also tries to foster a sense of community by organizing events inside and outside of the studio. I highly recommend giving OTF Freehold a try - bonus perk, you can stop by Trader Joe’s after your workout. 😃

I love OTF! The staff have a great way of making you feel comfortable & supported. Marcque always has the warmest smile on his face, super welcoming. The coaches truly care about you reaching your fitness goals. I will forever recommend this place to anybody on their fitness journey.
