Hot Yoga Revolution

I have been going to HYR for 10 years! I continue to visit HYR because of the stellar teachers, kind community, clean & safe environment, and the sweat after an amazing hot yoga class! I love the two locations, when I was a student at Rutgers their Metuchen location was so convenient. The studio's Teach Training program is incredible. After my training, my practice improved and I left with the confidence and knowledge to teach my own classes! If you're looking to start, continue, and improve your yoga practice HYR is the space to do it!

Parking was very difficult to find and their karma yogis weren't very friendly. I heard a lot of hype about the studios before joining but was really disappointed to see that's all that it was - hype.

Great hot yoga studio. Very clean and professional. We recommend it to all of our GameChanger members. Its a great compliment to their workout here. Highly recommend!

I’m really loving this place. I have a lot of experience and work in the industry, but have been searching for a studio for my own personal practice. The classes are just the right amount of challenging, the staff goes above and beyond to make new students feel welcome, and the clientele is truly diverse from all backgrounds, body types and levels of experience. I leave feeling leaps and bounds better than I did when I walked in. Thank you!
