I joined about 2 months ago and so far not too bad. Decent equipment, locker rooms are clean and the price is excellent. The front desk employees are ok. Some of them need to be taught better customer service but again like many reviews left here, they are young "adults" who come off as unapproachable. It's your job to be friendly smh lol. That's management's fault. The cleaning staff is very nice and work non-stop. Clean gym. There are A LOT of teens there who sit on machines, on their phones for LONG periods of time, so be ready to deal with that. Also, after a workout people want to leave, not be roped into donations or other gimmicks at the door, regardless of the cause. I'm not hating on Garwood Crunch. I like it. No gym is perfect but certain improvements need to be made and it all starts with management. Your employees are a reflection of you.

I went to this gym for the first time yesterday bc I’m thinking of switching here & I really liked it the only thing is I wish they had a full size mirror in the locker room & there is space to put one in there so hopefully they decide to put a mirror

I am pretty impressed with how the gym has revamped themselves. There is a lot of newer equipment and the place is constantly being cleaned. There are definitely a ton more classes if you are into that kind of workout. I took a yoga class this morning and it was fabulous. The instructor Clare was great and it was a wonderful class. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely DISGUSTED by this location. I went in as a guest to try to see if I wanted to become a member with someone who was already a member. The associate at the front was so incredibly rude. Informed me that I either pay 15 dollars a day or I don't work out since the person I was with did not have that level on their membership. The associate stated these my my only options. The free pass wasn't offered to me. The membership wasn't offered to me. The person I was with wasn't offered to upgrade their membership so they can have guests. I could not believe it. What an absolute terrible customer service experience. Will never join at this location and most likely not even this gym.

It’s a cheap gym so … that’s what you get. I appreciate the wide variety of machines and ample squat racks, you can get the job done for sure while there. However, I wish they had 35 pound barbells like some higher-end gyms. A lot of members lack basic gym etiquette so I try to avoid busy times. Equipment goes missing a lot because nobody puts things back. The worst is when someone just doesn’t reset the bar after they’re done and then I can’t use a barbell because I’m 8 months pregnant and can’t unrack 45 pound weights myself anymore.
