Alluem Yoga

Beautiful peaceful wide open earthy studio, calming right by the river. All the teachers are spectacular! From athletic, soulful, smooth, deep- each teacher has their own amazing take on the practice and can teach you something new. So lucky to have this so close to home. Beautiful little community, and wonderful range of classes and times those classes are available. Dare I say ideal? Yes it is!!

I love Alluem Yoga! The studio is so calming and offers a large variety of classes. Gina, Mindy, Erin, David, Claire, and Meg are my favorite instructors and I am so grateful for their beautiful energy and magic.

Alluem is one of my favorite places on the planet. I had taken yoga classes here periodically over the past 5 years and had always enjoyed the range of classes and instructors and the diversity of the students. People of all ages, ability level, and shapes practice here, and all are valued equally. I came back to Alluem five months ago while I was beginning recovery from a difficult health challenge. Alluem quickly became my sanctuary - a place for me to connect with myself, with nature, and with the community around me. I began with restorative classes and slowly built up my comfort and confidence. The teachers are all compassionate and yet individual in the way they teach and the lessons they share. Gina, the owner, leads a free weekly meditation session that has become the anchor of my self-care routine. The setting is perfect, an airy mill building next to a waterfall, along a peaceful river walk. The sounds of nature and the genuine care from the people there make this a very special place. One word of caution- the parking lot is tricky and gets crowded. Park on a nearby side street if you don’t want to deal with it.

Fabulous studio—such a welcoming atmosphere! Gina and Tara are my favorite instructors. I’ve done vinyasa flow and prenatal classes and love them both. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or it’s something you just want to try out, I couldn’t recommend Alluem more

I can’t say enough about this place. The flows are always so thoughtful, the meditations are therapeutic and the actual location is amazing. Gina is my favorite instructor of any yoga practice anywhere. This place, people, and vibes are incredible. Favorite yoga studio ever!!!
