UPDATE: Spoke with Adam who let us know that new treadmills are en route and that they will start putting up signage for machines temporarily out of order. He also said that he’ll update staffing hours and apologized for our initial experience. Really appreciated his willingness to connect and find a positive way forward. Original review: Just joined and honestly I’m pretty underwhelmed. While it’s very convenient to where I live, there are a lot of issues. Cosmetically, there are holes in the walls, scratched paint, non-working lockers, etc. There are also machines that need maintenance, from torn treadmills to unbalanced weight lifting machines. But what’s more concerning is the lack of management. I would have addressed these concerns with them directly, but they hardly have any presence. Three times my husband or myself have tried to stop by to ask questions or fix something with our account and management has either been working out and not paying attention to clients, or they haven’t been in the office during staffed hours.

Visited this gym for two weeks while I was on vacation and I absolutely loved the vibe and the community. Huge contrast from the gym back home. Everyone is super friendly and respectful, and I mean the staff and regular gym goers alike. All the areas were clean and I would always see staff keeping everything tidy, which was super nice to see. Members were also helping out with things like putting out the weights, wiping the machines they used, etc. It's not a big gym, but it has good equipment. As a powerlifter, I was able to do my whole programming, including multiple very specific accessories. I enjoyed my time training here and I highly recommend it.

I was with them for three years, and everything was going well. Sometimes, I was getting late fees for no reason. In the end, the treadmills were out of order most of the time, and only two out of six worked. I complained to management a couple of times, and they kept saying that they were getting new ones. Eventually, I decided to go to a different gym. They didn't even ask me why I was canceling my subscription or anything. I felt that they didn't care at all. They just gave me a cancellation sheet to fill out and made sure to let me know that I would be charged for two more weeks. That was it. All I will say is that it was a great experience when I joined but terrible when I left.

Great gym with a good community. Everyone is very friendly, staff is helpful and accommodating. It's a small gym but pretty well-equipped. I'm a powerlifter with more specific equipment needs and haven't found myself wanting for anything. Unlike what another review says, I have not noticed any equipment maintenance issues. The gym is very clean and, in a VERY RARE thing to find on any gym, pretty much everyone racks their weights. If you are looking for a coach I would recommend asking for Erika. I have no affiliation and don't know her personally, but as someone with a lot of experience she stands out to me as knowledgeable and engaged when I see her work with her clients.

UPDATE: They fixed the glute pushback machine that was out of order for so long. Still no 20 lb dumbbell replacement and some lockers are still broken. I would not complain about these things if this gym was priced at a normal rate, but for this abnormally high price (with no changing rooms but instead 4 private bathrooms with showers & no towels), I expect better. I’m staying on my subscription solely because it’s the only gym near me, given I don’t drive, and I need a gym that’s open 24/7. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Members are paying way too much for a gym (which doesn’t even have changing rooms) that doesn’t replace broken equipment/machines. There’s been an “out of order, I’ll be back soon” sign on one of the essential machines for over a month. Not only that, the only set of 20 lb dumbbells has had one missing for over six months, never being replaced. This gym is way more expensive than any other gym and I get that the appeal is that it’s open 24/7, but where is the money going if not to replacing broken or missing equipment that so many people would’ve been using? When the equipment is replaced I’ll delete this review.
