Best gym in jackson, hands down. Owner is extremely nice and so are the staff. Overall a very great environment with amazing people. If you're just starting out, I highly recommend going here since there are plenty of experienced lifters that are willing to offer great knowledge about fitness.

In my opinion the best gym in Jackson! All the Hammerstrength equipment you could ever want and multiple places to squat with dedicated deadlift station. Friendly people and good selection on supplements. Open 24 hours and probably the most affordable gym on Jackson with serious equipment. 10/10

Best weightlifting gym in Michigan. Excellent equipment selection updates every year and well maintained. I used to live within 30 minutes and held a membership. I now live over an hour away and still make the drive on occasion because its that good. The owner is very well versed in nutrition and bodybuilding. They also carry a great selection of supplements and only sell quality products. No garbage.

This an extremely nice facility with tons of quality Hammer Strength equipment and friendly staff who gave me a tour of the equipment and even showed me how to use every piece (I even learned something new despite extensive use of a variety of work out equipment!) All of the equipment is well maintained, and almost all of the padding was brand new. Very impressive! There was also a redundancy for many machines and free weights for muscle groups, so that wait time for anything was minimal. Please consider putting in a sauna! Best gym in the Jackson area, by far!
