Very nice, clean studio that seems to comfortably serve about 16. They have a mix of basic/easy to more strenuous. If you sign up for the beginner class, you'll have a good intro without being intimidated.

I had Jeremy as my instructor. Oh. My gosh. He timed everything to the beat, made everyone feel confident/comfortable (even if you needed to take break in the middle) and had great words of encouragement. We’ll be back for sure. Group is nice too.

I am new to yoga, but I am impressed by how good it makes me feel. Mentally and physically. Shawna is a great instructor. I also really enjoy the setting in the studio. Samadhi yoga studio is a great place. All the instructors are very well trained and welcoming. ❤️🙏

I love this studio- the instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and seem to always know what I need out of a class. The studio itself if warm, calming, and inviting. I feel at home and welcomed when I go, even if I’m trying a new class or new instructor. Can’t recommend enough!

We have had several classes with Carol, Katie, Amber, and Jeremy. All very nice instructors. I would suggest try a Saturday morning with Carol if you are starting out. Jeremy's classes are very fun & energetic, and Katie's classes are both relaxing and strength building. Amber has a nice 9am Friday class. Very affordable and you only pay for the classes you use with a punch card system. Make sure not to lose the card & always put in your wallet or purse. All skill levels are welcome to each class, and focus is on personal well being instead of judging others. Cash only, so plan for that, and if it is your first time ask if they have any specials for first timers.
