Highly recommend BALA for its wonderful instructors, beautiful studio, and a variety of classes for all levels. Barb is so knowledgeable about body movements. Her classes are fun but at the same time she challenges you to be better. Kettlebell and hot yoga have become a new part of my workout routine that I look forward to each week!

Do yourself a favor and drop in to one of the classes offered at BALA- such a wonderful experience. Hot yoga is incredible and my personal favorite. The instructors are amazing and the space is beautiful, calm & inviting. They have a variety of classes that are suitable for all skill levels- highly recommend!

I love all the different classes that Bala has to offer. Each one offers me a different challenge and a sense of relaxation. No matter where you are in your practice, there is something for everyone. I highly recommend giving this studio a try.
